Welcome to GoLuxuryCruise.com

Our own personal experiences allow us to put together cruise holidays which can offer you the discerning traveller a unique and truly special experience.

From our first luxury cruise over 20 years ago, we have become passionate about the luxury cruise holiday experience and developed a tailored check list detailing what we look for in that special cruise experience.

A gracious hotel which is impeccable, shining, gleaming, exquisitely decorated and in which we will be well entertained and perhaps most of all superbly served.

Somewhere in which we know that we will find service of a palace like standard, where no detail is left undone, no item unfulfilled and no favourite selection forgotten.

We are looking for a ship with a master gold plated script and never a single onboard ocean going ripple in the course of your journey.

The word luxury can vary according to who you are and of course what you want, however the one common meaning of the word we have found is about identifying and understanding your expectations and exceeding them.

So what is a true luxury ocean cruise line? For most people in the cruise business 'luxury cruising' generally refers to ships that offer;

Inclusive pricing: there should be some degree of 'all-inclusive pricing' beyond that offered by more mainstream lines, it may be wine with dinner or sometimes all alcoholic beverages. Most luxury cruise lines include tips within the cruise fare and some will provide special shore excursion for the entire ship as part of the cruise package.

An uncrowded environment: luxury ships carry fewer passengers than mainstream lines and there is more space on ship (called the passenger to space ratio) therefore a luxury cruise customer will rarely wait in line for the buffet, restaurants, or at the shore excursion desk.

Acknowledgement: Most luxury cruise ships carry a small enough passenger load that you will be greeted by name on several occasions - this maybe in the dining room by the Maitre d', the sommelier or your waiters, by the guest relations desk and of course by the room steward.

Top quality amenities: the on-board lotions, shampoo's, soaps, towels, bathrobes, bed linens and furniture should all be of the finest quality.

Gourmet Cuisine: luxury ships are generally renowned for their food, several have won prestigious awards. These ships are usually small enough so that the food is cooked to your specifications, uses only the finest ingredients and arrives hot and fresh at your table. Aleternative speciality restaurants are available and there is rarely additional charge.
